AM ritual: Wake up at 5:30 to do hypo-pressive breathing work first thing! Then I usually work on client cases or writing my book until the kiddo wakes up.


PM wind down: Lay on couch and chat/laugh with hubby before I fall soundly asleep at 8:30 :) Ah pregnancy…


Feel-good song: Gosh, I wish I had something pop to mind here! I basically listen to Mumford and Sons all day since that’s what my toddler is obsessed with. He likes all the albums except the most recent one. Can’t say I don’t agree.


A mistake you’ve learned from: Moving too fast! This wasn’t a specific mistake I learned from, but a mistaken lifestyle - like, my whole life was based on moving fast and “getting it done”. Oops :)


To your younger self: Don’t be so afraid of turning the pages in your book of life. Each chapter is amazing.

Favorite wellness/beauty book: Hmm, I kind of don’t want to say it, but Weston Price’s book on ancestral health.


Go-to stress remedy: Look at what I can let go of. When I’m “stressing” it’s usually because I’m trying to do too much at once. If I can mentally figure out what’s on my plate that can be erased (i.e., not important for today, do tomorrow or next week) then I can usually nestle into a better headspace.


Supplements you can’t live without: Whole Foods C and magnesium.


Three things you’re really into right now: Walking in the forest, doing less (the heavy days of pregnancy make this a hobby), and finishing my book.


Top 3 Instagram accounts for inspiration: Oh gawd, I don’t know. I secretly hate Instagram, and all social media. Can I say for the most inspiration buy real books (not kindle), walk barefoot, and get off instagram?? Haha, sorry, I’m the worst!! I guess I live on the most isolated island on the planet for a reason.

Your ultimate indulgence: A massage! And I mean that. I hate spending money on myself, but I love to be touched.
