[ey-juhnt woo m-uh n]
Adjective
A woman who embodies the spirit of truth, authenticity and ingenuity. She lives her potential, embracing her unique gifts and shining her light to consciously create a better world. As an Agent of beauty and inspiration, she is a woman admired by our founder, Jena Covello.
Meet Agent Woman Nasiba Adilova. The Russian born, Dallas based mom of three, founded The Tot. When Nasiba was pregnant with her first child she became frustrated that she couldn’t find a trusted and curated resource to help her find non toxic products for her and her family, so she created one herself. Her online destination for all things childcare, makes it easy to discover safe, chic, and quality products for families at every stage of life.
Name: Nasiba Hartland-Mackie (Adilova)

Daily Uniform: You will find me in either active wear or a swimsuit :) If I wear dresses, they are long, strappy, flowy, and feminine dresses.
AM Ritual: Wake up, take a shower and do my sesame oil ritual (which I put up both nostrils). This is a practice recommended by my dear yogi friend. It has so many grounding benefits as well as keeping nasal passages healthy. I massage my whole body with oil and do my facial routine where I use my Agent products and tell myself positive affirmations. I then meditate for 30-60 minutes, have my lemon water on an empty stomach, then celery juice 30 minutes later. I then go and spend some time with my children and try to get down to the ocean for a dip before starting my day. ☺
PM Wind down: Eating dinner every night as a family is a really important ritual to us. It helps reflect on the day and brings us together to spend quality time after every day. My winding down is always wearing my blue blockers from Ra Optics. This helps set my circadian rhythm and block out any of that harsh blue light. I love having a warm lemon, ginger and turmeric tea, and I also enjoy reading books with my children before bedtime.
Something that helps you stay in a positive mindset: I discovered kundalini yoga this year and it has had an incredible impact on my total well-being and helped me stay more present and centred. It helps me reflect with a more positive mind set. I do this almost every day. I love meditating while chanting and setting positive intentions so much. I also do a chakra balancing meditation that my teacher, an amazing yogi called Balarama, sent to me. But I also use an app called aaptive to do guided meditations sometimes. A long walk on the beach is also great for reflecting, taking a moment to pause and set your intentions for the day, connect with nature, ground yourself, and remind myself how much I have to be thankful for.
A life changing realization that you’ve had: That I am connected to this planet, to everything around me, and I am part of something much bigger. That I am a perfect being, that I am love, that I am light, and that my intuition and gut should be my guide always. That my mind does not control me that I am a soul shining bright and if I let go of control life will unfold in the most amazing way.
A wellness expert who has significantly helped you: My dear friend Balarama, he is a yogi and an Ayurvedic doctor. I’ve been working with him on helping me stay more centred and feeling more balanced. He put me through a rigorous Ayurvedic 21-day cleanse that included no salt and no drinking water with meals, after which I felt so light and wonderful.I also am so grateful for my kundalini instructor Laurie who I met in Costa Rica. I still practice with her over zoom. She inspires me so much and I love her calming warm loving energy. I met a wonderful yoga instructor in Costa Rica called Amelina who I felt a very deep connection with and loved practicing yoga with her every day. I used to practice yoga in the past and for years I viewed it just as a fitness exercise. But yoga is just so much more, and Amelina truly helped me unravel this and find a place for it in my heart. I now feel such a connection to yoga and am so grateful for my practice

Go to stress remedy: The ocean and beach or walking in nature and meditation. Slowing down and taking deep breaths. It’s incredible how little time we spend truly deeply breathing. Breath is everything. Almost any situation no matter how stressful it is can be helped with just a few deep breaths. At least it would help to calm the nervous system down and alleviate some of the stresses.
Supplements you cannot live without: I do not take supplements anymore, as I get all my vitamins from my diet. I have a vegetable heavy diet and do smoothies and juices. I try to eat seasonally and locally sourced. I also consider sunshine, Mother Earth and beach medicine. I walk barefoot for grounding and balancing my electromagnetic field. I swim in the sea for the negative ions, and I get my sunshine for vitamin D and happiness.
I also have been doing lemon water on an empty stomach and celery juice 30 min after, every morning for years now.
Three things you are really into right now: Kundalini yoga, jewellery making, macrame, and pottery.

I love @branchbasics for all things non-toxic in the home and because I am friends with and love the founders, and @olga_balarama who is Balarama’s wife. She's a constant source of inspiration for me.
Your ultimate indulgence: My phone is a current indulgence of mine however I really try and practice digital wellness.
Must have Agent product: The intimate oil or the face oil. I love both. I use them every morning in my morning rituals.
