Name: Wendy Nichol

Instagram: @wendynichol

Daily Uniform: All things white. My hair is turning white, and I love a monochromatic look. White double-breasted blazer, white jeans, and white Margiela or Rick Owens boots.

AM ritual: Drink Hot water. Drink hot Green tea. Use left-over tea bags to make a green tea mask, then use Agent Nature Holi C, serum and Gua Sha tool to naturally tone face and glow.

PM wind down: Warm cacao drink made with Sun Potion He Sho Woo and bovine collagen. Self-acupressure (learned from the book Facing East). Red light therapy and reading (health focused research currently).

Something that helps you with positive mind set: Exercise as often as I can. Cardio, yoga, walking, swimming. I splurged on an elliptical to have in my NYC apt which that helps a lot with the “I can’t exercise excuse factor”.

A life changing realization that you have had: Personal but be around less people in order to hear myself better. Curate the human energy you surround yourself with carefully. This effects your everything.

A wellness expert who has significantly helped you: Norma Kamali is an incredible inspiration. I found both of her books very helpful. She collaborated with an acupuncturist, Dr. Yang, with a book called Facing East. Its wellness and beauty focused which I love. I also just read her other book; I am Invincible, which is just great life advice as if you had a sage person in your life helping you to work through some major life improvement hacks.

Favorite wellness/beauty book: Facing East. I will also read/listen to Dr. Mark Hyman anything.

Go-to stress remedy: Ocean air, bath with salts, edibles, lots of clean H20, and direct sunlight.

Supplements you can’t live without: Maca roots for hormonal balance. I can’t go without. He Sho Woo for hair, game changer. Nutrafol is also great for hair.

Three things you’re really into right now:

Walking on the west side highway in Manhattan. The city has installed incredible public spaces along the water, stunning architecture, and views of the water. Great excuse to go for a walk.

Obsessed with dressing in white. Looking for clothing and shoes that are all white.

Gorgeous gemstones and crystal to make my jewelry collection with.
