The 111 Skin Cryo De-Puffing Eye Mask is the boost you need for tired eyes. Each hydrogel mask will infuse the under-eye area with seaweed and vitamin E to calm down puffiness and inflammation, reduce dark circles, and strengthen delicate skin with its powerful peptide complex. And here’s a tip - at this time of year, for extra cooling and depuffing you can keep them in your fridge.

Calming our nervous system is one of the first steps we can take to improve our health. I’ve been blown away by all the positive reviews we’ve received for our calm (beauty) daily supplement. If you haven’t tried it yet, it’s literally changing people’s lives and I am so happy that it is bringing peace to so many lives during a time when it is absolutely needed. Bursting with vitamins, minerals, and amino acids including spermidine, taurine, organic tart cherry, vitamins D and B6, and magnesium citrate, it brings your body back into a state of natural rest and calm, improving your sleep while reversing skin damage and thinning hair. And you know that Sleepy Girl Mocktail that’s all over TikTok? We’ve even created an Agent Nateur version for you. Here’s how to make yours!

Sound healing is a great way to soothe our senses. High vibrational frequency music and positive lyrics have the potential to shift the energy in our environments and I truly believe that Hz music, ambient sounds, binaural beats and high vibrational music are the sounds of the future. I created a soothing and calming Healing Hertz playlist which is also turning out to be a winner with fur babies and infants too!

Iron is a mineral that the body needs to grow and develop. We can become deficient in iron for many reasons - some of them dietary, for example if you eat a plant-based diet, or if you have heavy periods. So, if you need a little help with your overall wellbeing, especially your energy levels or focus, this iron supplement from Xymogen is a great choice. Not only will taking iron start to reverse the deficiency, it will also help to strengthen your immune system, and enhance your quality of sleep.

August gives most of us the opportunity to enjoy some healthy sun - and get our much needed fix of vitamin D. If you can get out for some morning sun - even better - because bright morning light will stimulate your body’s production of serotonin, and that can contribute to your mood - enhancing feelings of happiness and wellbeing. You’ll find you feel more alert and positive throughout your day. Morning sun exposure also helps you sleep better at night, because it helps to reset your internal ‘sleep clock’, your circadian rhythm. You can read more about the many benefits of vitamin D in our blog about The Sunshine Vitamin.

Ever since a young Jane Fonda borrowed Robert Redford’s shirt in Barefoot in the Park, and wore very little else, women around the world have been raiding their men’s wardrobes. Now you can buy your own version, with this striped cotton-poplin shirt from Prada in sapphire blue - flatteringly cut to the classic menswear design.

I love the simplicity of this range - and because it’s so affordable, it’s the sort of ‘little luxury’ we can all treat ourselves to. The Laguna collection has been designed by Marco Sironi for Ichendorf Milano, to create cylindrical shapes that work the glass to emphasize its reflections with a hint of sparkling, rippling waves. This Laguna Jug is just $40, and is perfect for healthy, ice-cold mocktails and juices.

With the same strong, vertical lines, the perfect partners for the jug are these Laguna Water Tumblers, again from Marco Sironi.

I wanted to take a minute to share some really important information with you about suncare. As you know I formulated and launched the Agent Nateur holi (sun) and holi (soleil) ranges over the last year - both of which were sell-outs! And the reason I felt the need to create my own sun protection was because the suncare market is flooded with products which contain chemicals which may be unsafe, that cross the skin barrier and enter our systems.
It’s a newsworth issue right now as the FDA has identified only two ingredients, Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide, as generally recognized as safe and effective, out of the 16 ingredients reviewed. This raises concerns about the safety and effectiveness of other common sunscreen ingredients - which is exactly why we formulated non-nano zinc mineral spf 50 untinted holi (soleil) and our tinted holi (sun). You can read more about the advantages of using our sun care, and what to be aware of in other products in my recent Safe Sun Protection blog.

Now that we’re back in stock - you can choose your favorite shade from our holi (sun) spf 50 dewy tinted skin drops range. I wear the beige mostly, or if I’ve tanned a little, the almond. If you’re not sure which one is for you, you can reach out to us for help finding your perfect shade.

On the days when you prefer a non-tinted version, our holi (soleil) firming and plumping mineral spf 50 sunscreen is perfect. It's a sheer, dew-enhancing skin protecting drop, formulated with hydrating ingredients, antioxidants, and SPF 50+. You can wear it alone or under makeup and it blends in so easily.

Finally, when you get home from a day in the sun, it’s super important to give your skin a little extra attention and make sure you keep it moisturized. Our holi (body) ageless body serum is a blend of luxurious oils, packed with protective antioxidants, moisturizing omega fatty acids, and regenerative diketones to promote a healthy, youthful glow. So you keep your skin nourished and prolong your tan.
