ADAPTOGEN ICE CUBES
Mix a scoop of adaptogen powder into a half cup of nut milk. Mix well, and pour into an ice cube tray as your first layer. Freeze for at least 1 hour. This should be a small layer. Once the first layer is partially frozen, add chopped fruit and top with nut milk. Leave room for one more layer of fruit and/or milk if desired. Freeze for at least 4 hours before using.
*This is a great way to save fruit at its peak ripeness. Use these cubes as a base for smoothies, or even leave out the fruit and throw one into your coffee as an adaptogen creamer.
