W: I also love The Clean Plate by Gwenyth Paltrow for it’s beautifully simple recipes I can make with ingredients from the garden or farmers market.
Go-to quick, healthy meal:
D: Whatever is in my fridge from my Sakara delivery that week! I’m grateful to be able to grab one when I only have a couple of minutes between Zoom meetings.
W: I love to make a huge chopped salad with any/all vegetables I have in my fridge; broccoli, cauliflower, radishes, celery, carrots, peppers, beets, plus rice and beans. It’s an adaptation of my mom’s recipe. We share our version of the recipe in our cookbook Eat Clean, Play Dirty.
Skincare mantra:
D: Joy is a nutrient.
W: Eat your water.
