Agent Nateur is a results-driven green beauty company committed to sourcing the most effective, non toxic ingredients from Europe and small suppliers in the United States. Our founder Jena Covello formulates Agent Nateur's skincare products in Grasse, Paris and Los Angeles. Our skincare ingredients are not made with harsh chemicals and are backed by science.
POSITION SUMMARY:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on all products, as well as industry trends.
- Achieve individual sales goals as determined through maximizing sales opportunities.
- Build partnerships with local businesses to grow clientele base while building relationships.
- Identify potential growth opportunities and report back.
- Spearhead in-store events and achieve event goals while enhancing client experience.
- Build genuine relationships with clientele while providing a welcoming environment.
- Represent Agent Nateur and support key business initiatives, campaigns, and launches.
- Collect meaningful customer data to allow for personalized client experiences.
- Utilize marketing tools such as Instagram and Facebook to promote yourself, your knowledge and the products.
- Follow retailers policies and processes.
- Visual merchandising and maintaining cleanliness.
- Manage stock and inventory control (including tester & sample management).
- Monitor expenses, cash log and sales.
