Meet Agent Woman, Anna Pollack. The prolific young New York City based filmmaker and photographer has directed short films, documentaries, and commercial projects for Adidas by Stella Mccartney. Her debut photobook JAMAICA JAMAICA is a companion to her lo-fi travelogue, JAMAICA TAPES, which is featured in Le Cinema Club’s Women To Watch series.

Daily Uniform: T-shirt and baggy jeans. Comfort is key.

AM ritual: Wake up, drink water, brush teeth, wash face with just water, put on moisturizer, and eat breakfast (fruit!).

PM wind down: Cook dinner, watch a show or movie, shower, crawl into bed, and read if I can.

Something that helps you stay in a positive mindset: Doing little things for myself. 

A life changing realization that you’ve had:  Most things/ scenarios can be found in the natural world. Also, how healing water is.

A wellness expert who has significantly helped you: All the women in my life to be honest.

Favorite wellness/beauty book: I haven't read any if I am being honest. I think any book that makes you laugh should be considered a wellness book though.

Go-to stress remedy: Taking a bath (a really warm bath), lights off, a couple of candles, and relaxing music.

Supplements you can’t live without: I try to take vitamin D. Will say I am a big ginger person, although I guess that’s not really a supplement. I try to get as much of it as I can in different forms.

Three things you’re really into right now: Face mist, this foot massage mat I have (spikey), and rock climbing.

Top three favorite online shops: I am a horrible person to ask this hahah. I really do not shop online that much. I frequent The RealReal for clothing and have a slight Facebook Marketplace addiction for furniture. I try not to buy anything I don't really need, especially clothing. I have a sore spot when in person though.

Top three Instagram accounts for inspiration: Any interior design and film accounts.
