Please kindly note that all sales are final therefore we do not accept any returns or offer refunds.  In the unlikely event you are unhappy with a product, please contact our Customer Care team at agentcare@agentnateur.com.  Where we agree to exchange a product customers will be charged $6 for shipping.  Regrettably, we are unable to offer exchanges to customers outside of the USA, or when purchased from a third party retailer.  Products purchased after 30 days cannot be exchanged.
