Daily Uniform: Bodysuits and blazers, worn with lots of lucky gold jewelry.
AM ritual: Walking on the beach, in the water, with my English bulldog Ragnar and a tumbler of homemade cold brew coffee with marine collagen, inulin prebiotic fiber, and walnut milk.
PM wind down: Hot and cold-water therapy. You’ll sleep like a baby.
Something that puts you in a good mood: A fresh bang trim. I get mine done every two weeks. It’s a mini-indulgence and reset.
Something that’s inspiring you at the moment: Schiaparelli and the brilliant designer Daniel Roseberry. I studied art history and have always been enamored by the surrealist movement that inspired Elsa Schiaparelli.
Best advice you’ve ever received: My magical Icelandic astrologer Jara Gian Tara told me I need to discipline my inner voice of self-doubt the same way you would a child or a puppy: gently with love, but firm. This simple approach has worked wonders for my confidence.
A wellness expert who has significantly helped you: Lama Amin, my friend and healer, is the most talented and intuitive masseuse I have ever worked with. She has such a gift for identifying the true source of pain in the body. I have neck issues that she was able to pinpoint and alleviate. There is a reason everyone, from pro fighters to top performers, swear by her.
Favorite wellness/beauty treatment: Lymphatic drainage at Renata Franca in São Paolo.
Go-to stress remedy: Pilates class with Andrei or Johanna at Tremble in Miami.
Supplements you can’t live without: D3, B12, biotin, Icelandic cod fish liver oil, vitamin C, probiotics, papaya enzymes, cordyceps, and AG1 greens powder.
Three things you’re really into right now:
-Cream bouclé Saint Laurent stilettos.
-My new Beast blender. It’s smaller and more attractive than a Vitamix.
-Our new Therma Kōta collection of shearling pillows and blankets. They bring cozy Nordic luxe to my home.
Top three favorite stores:
-Dover Street Market, any location, for collector’s pieces.
-Yeoman in Reykjavík for ABBA-style party looks.
-Haight in Brazil. It's the chicest swimwear.
Top three favorite Instagram accounts:
-@voguescandinavia for fashion.
-@arvinolano, my decor-loving friend.
-@rum_id for interior design inspiration.
Go-to for inspiration: Old photos of my mother during her Studio 54 days.
Your ultimate indulgence: Living on both coasts with the rollicking sea and galloping horses in my backyard. Not bad for a girl from Toronto.
Must-have Agent Nateur product: The glass skin mask. Divine.
