One of my healers is an iridologist.  She is able to access certain things just by looking at my eyes.

Iridology is the study of the IRIS, the colored part of the eye. The Iris consists of fibers and lines and each little fiber/line represents a part of your body. The color of the fibers and lines shows the integrity of that area of the body.

There are there types of Eye Color Constitutions:

Blue

Billiary (green, hazel)

Brown

Blue eyes are linked to: Urinary, Structural, Lymphatic, Mucous. Greater tendancy toward Uric Acid.

Common Health Problems: Sinus, Sore Throat, Earaches, Bronchitis, Asthma, Swollen Lymph Nodes, Eczema, Dandruff, Arthritis, Rheumatism and Kidney Problems.

Billiary (green eyes) are linked to: Digestive System, Liver, Gall Bladder, Stomach, Intestines, Pancreas.

Common Health Problems: Hypoglycemia, PMS, Indigestion, Gall Stones, Constipation, Gas, Anger, or Depression, Sleep Difficulty, Nausea. Stiffness and Aches, Headaches,, Food Allergies, Seasonal Allergies and Candida.

Brown Eyes are linked to: Imbalance in the blood, Blood disorders, Possible inherent inability to store adequate supplies of minerals, especially calcium. Heart Blood Blood Vessels. Organs that make blood, Liver, Spleen, Bone Marrow. Digestive System and the Endocrine System.

Common Health Problems: Anemia, Hardening of the Arteries. All Types of Blood Disorders, Constriction and Hardening of the Lymph Tissue. Digestive Trouble, Mineral Deficiencies and early breakdown of Endocrine Glands.

I am insanely sensitive to energy and really intuitive.  I can pick up the energy of an entire room, airplane or even a geographical location.  I traveled to Careyes, Mexico for my Birthday and I hated it.  The energy was off and stagnant, I was having horrible nightmares and I felt that bad things were taking place in this town.  Sure enough, a healer who had lived there for over 20 years told me that many of the elites who have been convicted of heinous crimes have homes in Careyes.  A lot of people are doing ayahuasca in Careyes with Shamans that have little to no experience.  There's lots of drugs and swingers and the town was just not for me.  When I told this to my healer, she immediately said "I think you have nerve rings like me." Nerve Rings are revealed in the Iris by one or more segments of curved furrows that follow the circumference of the Iris, ranging from acute white to very dark. They show the degree of nerve tension.  Nerve rings basically mean you were born with a compromised central nervous system.  Essentially this means that you can feel everything, are highly intuitive and creative but you don't process information like everyone else.  You can pick up on everyone's anxiety on a plane for example. Here is a mantra you can use if you have nerve rings or are sensitive to energy:

"I AM IN CONTROL. I AM ONE WITH GOD. I AM THE ONLY AUTHORITY IN MY LIFE. I AM DIVINELY PROTECTED BY THE LIGHT OF MY BEING. I CLOSE OFF MY AURA AND BODY OF LIGHT TO THE LOWER ASTRAL LEVELS OF MIND. AND I NOW OPEN TO THE SPIRITUAL WORLD. THANK YOU GOD, AND SO IT IS."

According to Iridology, there are four personality types; the STREAM, JEWEL, FLOWER, and the SHAKER.

THE STREAM IS KNOWN AS THE GROUNDED TYPE: (Uniform iris structure)

• Stream personalities are the binding force that hold the world together

• Need to expand, change, & move
• Attract Shaker types in long-term relationships
• Physical yet very sensitive & empathetic

THE JEWEL IS KNOWN AS THE ANALYTICAL TYPE: (Dots in the iris)

• Learn visually & with emotional association
• Need to release, open, allow and feel
• Attract Flower types for long-term relationships
• Sharp, thought & analysis
• Control themselves, situations & others
• Lead with clarity & attention to detail
• Precise verbal communicators
• Often show little emotion
• Intense, deliberate & quietly driven

THE FLOWER IS KNOWN AS THE EMOTIONAL TYPE: (rounded openings in the iris)

• Flower personalities are sensitive & heart centred
• They add feeling and excitability to the world
• Excel in creative abundance, as artists and engineers
• Learn auditorily
• Need to focus and control emotion
• attract Jewel types in long-term relationships
• Passion, fire and grace
• Flexible, spontaneous and changeable
• Flow easily with social situations
• Generate excitement and enjoy being on display
• Experience feelings of anger, depression or blame
• Visual communicators, animated and expressive

THE SHAKER IS KNOWN AS THE EXTREMIST TYPE: (dots and rounded openings in the iris)

• Learn via experience, motion and intuition
• Need grounding, balance & equilibrium
• Attract Stream types for long-term relationships.
• Progressive & revolutionary
• At the forefront of change
• Push the boundaries
• Ungrounded with cycles of success & failure
• Devoted to a cause & adventurous
• Challenge life with abandon and zeal

We will start with the STREAM:

The Iris of the Stream has a uniform fiber structure, radiating out from the pupil, with only subtle variations or streaks of color. 

Streams are the fabric that hold the world together. They are intuitive, grounded and amicable. These people integrate life through the sensory experience of their bodies. They subconsciously learn best when given the opportunity to experience their lessons, through movement or by doing. They also learn easily from from teachers who alternate between verbal and visual. They communicate by posture and touch or with delicately controlled gestures.

They are physically, mentally and intuitively sensitive. Automatically receptive to everything, their bodies act as receptacles for all that happens around them. Imagine Streams having thousands of cat-like whiskers dangling in all directions. The slightest change or incident is immediately felt by them. Embodying the sensitivity of both the Jewel and the Flower natures, they are like walking radars, always being touched by things around them. Although they have a heightened sensitivity, they tend to control their subtle physical reactions to life through stillness. Their sensitivity is both a gift and a challenge.

With true empathy, they tend to nurture and balance others, meditating and balancing the extremes in society. Their subtle sensitivity gives them the capacity to communicate with both Flower and Jewels, increasing their meditating abilities, Slow to change, they like to do things in a group and make decisions with community. They are true visionaries and make things happen. Endowed with abundant physical energy and social skills, they are naturals in athletics, dance, health care, social work and public service.

The JEWEL:

Numerous, dot like pigmentations in the iris indicate a thinking, intellectual person. These dots that can be yellow or brown, large or small are called Jewels and we refer a mental type person as a Jewel. Mental types direct their perceptions and feelings through internal thought and analysis. Every person thinks and analyzes, but for jewels these are their dominate personality characteristics.

When you see brown or gold flecks in an iris, it also indicates that the person has a tendency to take learn visually. Jewels like to watch, read and observe. They take imformation in with their eyes, process it, catagorize it, name it, think of it then explain it verbably. They are usually precise, verbal communicators. The Jewel temperament is perceptive and inquisitive, but introverted Jewels can be quiet and withdrawn. The Jewel mind loves to imagine, daydream and pretend and can spend hours examining the colors of a butterfly wing. They love detail.

Jewels tend to control themselves, situations and other people. They like to tell people what to do. They generally show little emotion and use few, pointed gestures. Analysis and feeling are superficially mutually exclusive: Jewels are overtly analytical and their feelings which are intense but sometimes concealed. Often, their self control and mental capabilities can give them the appearance of being aloof or self righteous. Jewels seek freedom and don't like being controlled. They seem to find their freedom in abstract thinking, experiencing material reality as a prison. They dislike systems and organized structure for similar reasons, unless they created them. They usually have a great need to be right, to interrupt and have the final word.

The FLOWER:

Distinctively curved or rounded openings in the fibers of the iris indicate an emotional person. These openings look as if the light colored iris fibers actually have round holes within them, are called Flowers, and we refer to the emotional type person as a Flower. Feeling-oriented they experience life through the sensitivities of the heart, with automatic reaction to events.

Flower types take life in auditorily, through sounds. They are fond of listening to music and learn most quickly when given specific auditory instructions. They communicate with imagery, emotion and gestures, and are generally animated and expressive, although introverted Flowers can be very soft and slow in social situations. When extroverted these showy, demonstrative people use their bodies as active displays of their emotion. They can be sexy and flirtacious at a moments notice, and then just as quickly change their minds and move on to something else. Change is the hallmark of Flower personalities.

Flexible, spontaneous and changable, they flow easily with social situations. Flowers are just as strong as Jewels, but express their strength in less direct ways.  Flowers generate excitement in others simply by their presence. They enjoy being on display, or even on stage, with the whole wide world as their audience. Overflowing with creative ideas, Flowers excel as artists, entertainers, muscians, inventors and engineers. Quick to embrace new concepts, they add vitality to any project, but may fail to see it through to completion. Living for the moment, their interests and enthusiasm often doesnt last their passion for experiencing life and a tendency to overcommit can exhaust their energies.

The SHAKER:

Eyes that have both dot-like pigments and rounded openings indicate a Shaker type personality. They embody the forces of attraction or repulsion, representing everything that moves. Shakers are highly motivated, dynamic and expressive. These radical, action-oriented people frequently venture beyond the limits of conventional thought and norms. They have a tenacious drive that enables them to press on against all odds. Pioneering types, typically at the forefront of change and innovation. Acting like the conscience of society, they often stand alone, sometimes attracting ridicule from their peers. Pure Shaker structures make up about 15% of the population.

With elements of both the Jewel and the Flower in their make-up. Shakers unify mental and emotional personality characteristics. They make decisions faster than the Jewel and stay with that decision longer than the Flower. Shakers learn best physically while in motion ( The movement of their bodies or by being touched. They have a strong intuitive sense.) They communicate primarily by movement and gesture. They usually have a strong affinity for nature and the outdoors, where the physical connection with their environment increases their intuitive intake.

Shakers are the embodiment of ecstasy, joy and thankfulness, bringing feelings of excitement to any project they are involved in. People are initially attracted to Shakers because of their energy and conviction but they can be difficult to relate to because they are always in motion and frequently changing their focus. Adventurous and devoted to a cause. Shakers excel as inventors, motivators and explorers.

 As children Shakers often prove to be quiet a handful for their parents. Their extreme natures can make them difficult to teach or direct. They dislike confinement and resent any form of systematic control. They prefer to be physically active. If they develop a sense of concern for their families and community at large, and learn to channel their energy, they have the potential to create new and lasting change in society.
