Favorite dish to serve at a dinner party: I love to make a miso maple glazed salmon for a big group! You can find the recipe (among many other recipes for an incredible dinner party) here.

Favorite skin food ingredient and why: Vitamin C! After using it regularly, I have brightened my skin’s appearance, have improved my skin’s texture, and have significantly less dark spots and blemishes. I swear by Agent Nateur’s Vitamin C powder mixed with Holi Water!

Top three Instagram accounts for inspiration: @jennazoe, @bonberi, @jesseitzler

Must-have cookbook: Nicole Berrie’s (@bonberi) cookbook available for pre-order launching May 17!

Three kitchen supplies you can’t live without: A microplane, a big IKEA stainless steel mixing bowl for salads, an incredible chef’s knife

Three things you always keep in your refrigerator: Homemade no-strain cashew milk in mason jars, Monty’s plant-based cream cheese, Wildbrine red cabbage and beet sauerkraut

Favorite online shop for kitchen supplies and / or specialty food items: I live in Los Angeles, so I absolutely love Erewhon Market. Fun fact: they recently launched nationwide delivery!

Go-to quick, healthy meal: My famous sliced avocado and tahini ‘toast’s on Ella’s Flats seed crackers, as they are quick to make and filled with fiber, nutrients, vitamins, minerals, healthy fats, and plant-based protein

Favorite healthy treat: Honey Mama’s chocolate OR a large pitted organic medjool date (from Rancho Meladuco Farm, ideally) stuffed with raw almond butter and flaky sea salt

Skincare mantra: Good skin comes from within (supplemented with the right products to support a healthy skin microbiome, of course).

Eat this recipe for: To get a diversity of plant-based whole foods (and fiber), providing bacterial diversity, richness, and resilience and ultimately strengthening your gut microbiome so that you can live a happy, healthy, meaningful life
