Nateur Cooking: Pumpkin Spice (holi) Latte

Nateur Cooking: Pumpkin Spice (holi) Latte

Pumpkin Spice (holi) Latte

If you’re a fan of a pumpkin spice latte, and have already started calling into your favorite coffee shop for this seasonal special, we have an Agent Nateur recipe that you can create in your very own kitchen!

Not only is it feel-good, it’s do-good because it contains a scoop of our award-winning, best-selling holi (mane) which is a daily supplement combining two powerhouse ingredients—marine collagen and pearl powder—to support flourishing hair, radiant skin, and resilient nails. In a world where collagen supplements are everywhere, it’s important to make informed choices. So, why is marine collagen better than bovine collagen? And why is our holi (mane) the best of the best? We wrote about it here.

Blending traditional latte ingredients with all the color and flavor of Fall, this pumpkin spice latte can be yours in under ten minutes - the perfect hot drink for mornings, cozy afternoons or your bedtime hug in a mug.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of your preferred milk
  • 2 shots of espresso (if you can’t make espresso at home, just use a tablespoon of instant coffee and boiling water instead)
  • 2-3 tablespoons of pumpkin puree (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice - we actually made our own from a little cinnamon (half a tsp), ginger (⅛ tsp), nutmeg (⅛ tsp) and some ground cloves (⅛ tsp)
  • 1 scoop of holi (mane)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract - for that creamy flavor
  • Your choice of sweetener - we like a drizzle of maple syrup

Method:

  • Make your espresso the usual way
  • Warm your milk until it’s hot, but don’t let it boil
  • Pour the espresso into a mug, and add everything except the milk, then mix until it’s nicely blended - use a frother for this to help it double in volume for a nice, light texture
  • Next, froth your milk to get some air in there too, until it looks foamy.
  • Add the frothed milk to the mug and spoon any leftover foam onto the top to make a cute cloud.
  • Finish with a wisp of cinnamon, or a few 70% bittersweet chocolate shavings.
