Job description: Chef, Author, and Healthy/Happy Lifestyle Enthusiast

Favorite dish to serve at a dinner party: This Couscous is always a huge crowd-pleaser. For late spring/summer, I love to serve it with a mixed grill of proteins in a lemon-herb or cilantro lime marinade, and a fresh watermelon and feta salad.

Favorite skin food ingredient and why: I love sweet potatoes, which are an extremely delicious way to get your Vitamins C and E (two key nutrients for glowing, supple skin!).

Top three Instagram accounts for inspiration: @amandafrederickson, @thedefineddish, @hettymckinnon

Must-have cookbook: Ooooh toss up between Ina Garten’s Foolproof and Hetty McKinnon’s Neighborhood! But I also recommend mine ;).

Three kitchen supplies you can’t live without: My Shun Classic 8” Chef’s Knife, Microplane Rasp Grater, and Made In 10” Non Stick Skillet

Three things you always keep in your refrigerator: Lemons, baby spinach, and Dijon mustard!

Favorite online shop for kitchen supplies and / or specialty food items: MadeInCookware.com is my one-stop shop for cookware and glassware, and I love Zingermans.com for incredible food finds.

Go-to quick, healthy meal: A veggie stir-fry! I’ll saute whatever veggies are hanging out in my fridge in a little bit of sesame oil until tender, then dress them up with coconut aminos, a splash of rice vinegar, and sriracha. (If I have a pre-cooked grain, I’ll throw that in as well.) I top things off with a runny fried egg, extra sriracha, and any herbs I have on hand.

Favorite healthy treat: A really crunch Honeycrisp apple, sliced with Fix & Fogg Everything Butter, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a drizzle of maple syrup.

Skincare mantra: Sunscreen forever and always, amen.
