SK: Playing and singing to the boys as we put them to sleep.

SS: Luckily, I'm a very good sleeper. I don't really "need" a wind-down. I try not to use electronics right before bed, though.

SK: Don't rush.

SS: Being afraid to fail.

SS: Friends. They help me with what to do, and sometimes what not to do.

SK: Being Peace by Thich Nhat Hanh.

SS: I love books about the human psyche and behavior. I just wrapped up "The Optimism Bias" by Tali Sharot and anything by Esther Perel and Malcolm Gladwell

Go-to stress remedy:

SK: My go-to stress remedy is hugging my boys Louis and Hendrix.

SS: Hiking.

Supplements you can't live without:

SK: Good food.

SS: Vitamin D!

Three things you're really into right now:

SK: Aged meat, box pinot gris, and colorful socks.

SS: Jamaican castor oil, riding horses, and attempting to make the perfect original, clean, smooth hummus.
